The preview must include:

Feel free to focus on a sub-topic or issue within the broader topic when explaining why the topic is a contemporary issue.

When an issue is given for a paper, you have your choice of any topic related to that issue for your paper. For example, if one paper’s topic is “Policing”, you can write with reference to any topic within/under/related to policing such as body cams, use of force, training, recruitment, education, best uniform color for police officers, etc – I like to leave it up to you to write on what you are most interested.
Format:
Two pages. Previews should fill an entire two pages and it is okay to run over very slightly onto a third page. Papers at 1 1/4, 1 1/2 pages are not acceptable and will be considered incomplete and not graded.
Double-spaced
12 point font.
Reference page must be included and is not included in page count.
